Group update!
19 October 2015

We welcome to our group Mr. Clément Bonnerot, who is joining us for two weeks as a visiting Ph.D. student from Leiden Observatory. He is studying the formation of the accretion disc following the tidal disruption of a star by a supermassive black hole.

1 October 2015

We welcome to our group Mr. Enrico Ragusa, who is joining us for three years as a Ph.D. student. He will focus on the study of the gas accretion in supermassive black hole binary systems.

Upcoming Meetings!
October 2015

Alice Zocchi (Newton International Research Fellow at the University of Surrey) and Anna Lisa Varri (Marie-Curie Fellow, Institute for Astronomy, University of Edinburgh) will be visiting us shortly! Alice will be here from September 28 to October 2 and Anna Lisa the week after (from October 5 to October 9).
